You speak of your practice in relation to the nervous system, working on nerve bundles, energy flows and pressure points. This is very different than the understanding I previously had of massage, affecting muscles and joints....which left me somewhat quizzical about how it could help me with my anxiety problems. Silly me, the results are in fact amazing and undeniable.

For the next few days I was reflective, even when only reflecting on what I was feeling bodily and as a state of existence. Other times, I reflected on your impressions of me, none of which were all that new to me, yet I was understanding them instead of just acknowledging them. I admired my silhouette and wore pants I haven't fit into in two years. I didn't drink alcohol or smoke a joint for three days. All in all, of course, I'm thrilled with the experience, and I've called it life-changing when discussing it with a few friends. I'm looking forward to seeing you again.

I DID enjoy. I got quiet after the tantric part - those 2 particular pressure points sent me "away", similar to the 2 points on mid-back but much more so. I felt like energy or something was leaving my head, shot straight up and I was "away" - so that's why I was quiet. It surprised me and I was enjoying it.

You speak to my constant struggle with myself. So much feeling and not entirely clear how to access all of it or just be with it. I have a strong impulse for intellectualizing things, immediately bringing self-awareness to my feeling. I understand what I am doing but not sure where to go with that. I actually got a great deal from our two sessions. I've started questioning a lot of my behaviors/choices and have begun exploring other possibilities. I've also started exploring ways to make my intuitive feelings a more natural part of my life. I'm also going to take the Body Electric's next massage weekend intensive. Lot's of things going on!!

Thank you for the work you did. The effects are enigmatic but in harmony with the current I want to flow in. I hesitate to put my finger on what is "happening". If someone forced me to describe it I would be forced to say, "I am loving better."

It is difficult to describe the exact benefits I now receive from each session because I believe a healing takes place that is beyond words or even my own understanding. Often the next day, or during the week, I see that I possess a new strength in some area or a clarity that makes my relationship at home more intimate.
