Designed as a fake article for the December 1971 issue of Artscanada magazine, reviewing The 1971 Miss General Idea Pageant held at Art Gallery of Ontario, Toronto. It is in the layout style of Artscanada itself, but with all three pages numbered "84." The project was vetoed at the last moment and never published.

The box with its contents was sent by registered mail to thirteen artists, with a request for a photographic response of the contestants of the artists' choice each wearing The Miss General Idea Gown. The responses became the basis for The 1971 Miss General Idea Pageant performed at Art Gallery of Ontario, Toronto, 1 October 1971, with the entries exhibited in advance at A Space, Toronto, 24­30 September. The letterpress elements were printed by AA Bronson at Coach House Press, Toronto.
